1. Services
Kedia Pipes supplies pipes, fittings, and related plumbing and construction products. We also provide customer support and after-sales service.

2. Ordering & Acceptance
Orders placed through our website or by contacting us are subject to acceptance. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

3. Price & Payment
Prices are as listed at the time of order and may change without notice.
Payments must be made via the payment methods we accept.
Orders may be subject to taxes, shipping, and handling charges.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. On delivery, please inspect the goods and report any damage immediately.

5. Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacements are handled in the following cases:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Custom or cut-to-size items are non-returnable unless defective.
6. Warranty
Where applicable, product warranties will be provided by the manufacturer. Kedia Pipes is not responsible for incorrect installation or misuse.

7. WhatsApp Communication
When you communicate with us over WhatsApp you agree to receive transactional messages (order updates, delivery notifications) and promotional messages where permitted. Abusive or illegal messages to our numbers may lead to blocking and further action.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kedia Pipes will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, images and text, is the property of Kedia Pipes unless otherwise stated. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state where our registered office is located.
